I was kind of dreading the whole refund process, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. Got my money back quickly and didn’t have to deal with any annoying back-and-forth, which definitely put me in a better mood.

I’ve ordered a handful of little things from Tophatter now, and so far nothing has shown up in a weird or disappointing way. Shipping definitely isn’t super fast, but the stuff did arrive, and the tracking was decent enough that I wasn’t left wondering where everything was.

One of my orders had an issue, but customer support handled it without turning it into a whole ordeal. Compared to a few other bargain sites I’ve used, it feels more... I don’t know, dependable, as long as you actually read the listing before buying

"Better quality than I honestly expected"
I was a bit hesitant to place the order at first, but the item I received from Tophatter turned out to be really nice. The quality feels quite solid, and it looks just like it did in the pictures. No cheap feel, no strange marks, nothing that made me second-guess it. For the price, I’m genuinely happy with the purchase and would definitely consider ordering again if something catches my eye

My package actually showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy to follow once it updated, and everything arrived in good shape. My only annoyance was that the communication at the start was a little unclear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening with my order at first. Still, I’m happy with how quickly it got here

My order showed up when it was supposed to, so no complaints there. But my gut reaction when I saw the box was that it had been through a lot. It was beat up, and there wasn’t much padding around the item inside. Luckily, everything still worked fine, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just feel like they should pack things a little more securely, especially if there’s any chance the box is going to get tossed around during shipping.

I expected the shipping to be the part where they hit you with some sneaky extra charge, because that’s usually how these sites dress things up with all their polished wording. But on the stuff I bought, it was actually reasonable. The costs were shown before I paid, so I wasn’t stuck with a surprise at checkout. For smaller items, that makes Tophatter worth using for me

I’ve ordered from Tophatter a handful of times now, everything has shown up without drama. Very calm of me to say that, considering I definitely checked the tracking more than once. The delivery dates were mostly right, and everything arrived in one piece.

One package took a bit longer than the others, but the tracking kept updating, so I was totally fine, definitely not mildly impatient. For the prices, I’m happy with how reliable it’s been. Nothing missing so far, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I was kind of expecting some hassle because online orders can turn into such a mess for no reason, but this seller actually did what they said they would. They shipped when promised, the item showed up in good shape, and there wasn’t any of the usual drama. If I spot another decent deal on Tophatter, I’d probably use them again

I’ve ordered a few things from Tophatter, some of them were decent for the price. A couple items were definitely cheaper than I expected though, so it’s kind of hit or miss. Shipping can add up fast too, which means the deal doesn’t always end up being as good as it looks at first. I’d say it’s fine if you keep your expectations realistic and make sure to check the total cost before bidding.

The app does what I need most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much. Bidding is straightforward, but finding certain things can feel a little confusing, and some pages load slower than I’d like. Maybe I’m just impatient or missing something obvious, but it feels a bit clunky overall. Not terrible, just not super smooth either.
